Teen Programs
Through Push/Pull, we connect teens with working professional artists, cartoonists, and illustrators to foster creative skills and personal connections.
After-School Teen Program
Wednesdays, 3:30pm - 5pm @ Push/Pull Middle school teens can apply to join our after school program, which meets weekly to allow students dedicated creative time. |
High School Internships
@ Push/Pull High school students can apply for an internship for class credit and gain valuable working experience while doing a creative project of their choosing. |
Meetups
Ballard Sketch Team
1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 6pm - 9pm @ Hattie's Hat
Join fellow artists and sketchers for a spirited session of co-inspiration! Sketch Team is an opportunity to hang out in good company and make art in a friendly, supportive environment. Bounce ideas off your comrades, get and give some advice or just hang out and doodle. All skill levels welcome. Hattie's back room is all ages with full food and beverage service.
Qu-Art
Last Fridays, 6pm - 9pm @ Push/Pull
Qu-Art is a night for queer artists to gather in a safe space to create, give moral support, and to network. There is no charge to participants and anyone that identifies as part of the LGBTQ+ community is welcome to join. Push/Pull provides tables, chairs, snacks and art supplies
Stitch n' Bitch
First Wednesdays, 6pm - 8pm @ Push/Pull
Stab out your woes -- or just have a pleasant chat -- with fellow fiber art friends every month!
